Returns & Refunds

If you're not in love with your purchase, you may return any device within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in re-sellable condition with all original accessories.

To start a return, email support@inewme.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

Warranty Policy

Every inewme device carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your device develops a covered fault, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal cosmetic wear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

90-Day Risk-Free Trial

We want you to love your routine. Try any device at home for 90 days — if it's not right for you, send it back for a full refund, no awkward questions asked. The trial period runs alongside our standard returns policy above.
